Cocido Galego

One of the most famous delights og cuisine from Galicia is Cocido Galego. A superb, hearty dish made with boiled chickpeas, potatoes, greens, chorizo and pork. It is also customary to add chicken or beef. As with many traditional dishes it would be made with what the family had to hand. After the meats and vegetables are consumed one is left with a hearty, rich and delicious broth.
